What is HumanSync?
HumanSync is a human led contract review and legal guidance service designed to help business owners understand their contracts with clarity and confidence. We provide lawyer backed reviews at a fraction of traditional legal costs so you can operate your business with peace of mind.
Are you a law firm?
No. HumanSync is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation. Our services are educational and informational and are designed to help you better understand your contract risks. Nothing we provide is state specific legal advice or a substitute for hiring your own attorney.
Will a licensed lawyer review my contract?
Yes. Every contract review is conducted by a licensed attorney. You always get human insight, judgment, and real world context applied to your agreement.
Do you use AI to review my document?
No. HumanSync does not use AI tools to perform the legal review. The analysis and recommendations are completed by a licensed attorney. In some tiers, we may use AI within our internal attorney workflow for formatting, drafting support, or organizational tasks, but never to evaluate the legal meaning or risk of your contract. Any internal AI use depends on the tier you purchase.
Does my uploaded contract need to be AI generated?
No. Your contract does not need to be created by AI. We can review any contract, whether you drafted it yourself, received it from a vendor, client, partner, employer, contractor, or any third party. HumanSync can be used at any stage of the contract process.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. All documents and information you upload are kept confidential and handled securely. We do not share your documents or data with third parties.
Do you provide legal advice specific to my state?
No. HumanSync does not give jurisdiction specific legal advice. We provide contract issue spotting, explanations, practical guidance, and suggested revisions. If you need state specific advice, we can help you identify what to ask your attorney to reduce your legal costs.
What types of contracts can HumanSync review?
We review service agreements, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, MSAs, independent contractor agreements, employment documents, licensing agreements, marketing agreements, leases, and general business contracts of many types.
How long does it take to get my review back?
Most reviews are completed within 48 to 72 hours depending on the tier you select and the length of the document.
Does HumanSync offer redlines or proposed edits?
No. HumanSync does not redline or revise contracts. Providing contract drafting or edits can constitute the unauthorized practice of law, and we are not a law firm.
Some tiers include written comments, key considerations, and general negotiation strategies. If you need a contract formally marked up or rewritten, you should work with a licensed attorney.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final due to the customized nature of our work. If you have concerns about your order, contact us at human@humansynclegal.com and we will work with you to address any issues.
Can I meet with a lawyer to go over my contract?
Yes. For an additional fee, you may schedule a live meeting with one of our attorneys to walk through your contract, review negotiation strategies, or ask clarifying questions.
What if I need legal help beyond what HumanSync provides?
If your issue requires state specific advice, litigation support, or representation, we will let you know. We can also point you toward the type of attorney who can assist you efficiently.
